  Really friendly staff and there is always equipment to use. Of course it has it's busy periods but generally there is always something to do. The staff are always happy to help, approachable and can have a laugh as well. The facilities are always clean.

  Its ok. Equipment is a little old. Can get quite hot. Not a fan of the floor plan.

  Come here all the time, staff are polite, cheap, open 24/7, 3 squat racks, plenty of bench press stations, 2 deadlift stations, plus all the other equipment I don't use, 5/5
